W.F.C. Martial Arts & Fitness is an organization of diverse cultures and all are welcome. We welcome you on a journey of commitment for improved health and nutrition, physical fitness and above all the ability to defend yourself! We ask that you bring an open mind, the willingness to share and a dedication to growth. All programs focus on the principles of martial arts - SELF CONTROL, DISCIPLINE AND RESPECT. Our staff is expected to exhibit this attitude and set examples for each student, regardless of their age.
W.F.C. is not just a "karate school". A serious commitment has been made to our students, their families and the community. Students participate in fundraiser's and various projects that focus on helping people and improving where we live.
Our approach to martial arts has something for everyone: Adults lose weight, improve fitness, learn self-defense and release stress. Children get all the benefits of our after school program, camps, martial arts and other activities that help improve relationships while spending quality time with the family.
