Kickboxing is one of the hottest workouts around. Exciting upbeat classes where students punch, kick and sweat to music that motivates and helps shed unwanted pounds! W.F.C.’s kick boxing is a mixture of martial arts, kick boxing, calisthenics and core exercises. Many people are drawn to kick boxing because it is a great way to relieve stress and is a total body workout for individuals of all ages!
